Job description
The General Foreman will supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, monitoring progress, maintaining adherence to safety protocols, timelines, and quality standards. Additionally, he/she will coordinate the availability of supplies, tools, and equipment and support the Site Agent in delivering successful project execution at OTESA.
Job Duties
- Site Planning and Supervision.

- Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance.
Job Qualifications Requirements
- Five (5) years’ experience in Roads Infrastructure, Geotechnical work & Building projects, of which two (2) years should be in a supervisory capacity.
- A Diploma in Building, Civil Construction, or Construction Management, together with a National Trade Certificate in Road Construction, Electrical, Motor Mechanics, or a related trade, will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work anywhere in Namibia and must be able to operate independently. •
- A valid driver's license.
